Can I order and pay immediately?
Ordering currently starts with a non-binding enquiry. This form does not take payments. Pricing, availability and delivery are confirmed separately.
Can I enquire about several products at once?
Yes. Add products to your enquiry and adjust the desired quantities. The basket is kept on this device for up to seven days. Your form draft is kept within the same browser session.
Do you deliver to my country?
Include your country or territory in the enquiry. Our international ambition does not confirm delivery coverage; transport, import conditions and availability are discussed for each enquiry.
Where can I find ingredients and allergens?
Approved information appears on the relevant product page when available. If information is missing, ask for confirmed specifications. Do not infer allergens or suitability from a product name, dish idea or image.
Have the recipes been tested?
Concept recipes are clearly marked as still to be tested. Only a fully approved recipe is labelled “Tested recipe”. A dish idea without quantities and method is not a cooking instruction.
How do I keep a copy of my enquiry?
A reference appears after successful storage. You can then download or copy a text version. This is a copy of your enquiry, not an order confirmation.
